Phra Ramrajnivet Palace Phetchaburi Thailand
This Royal Summer Palace was built built between 1910 - 1916 for of King Rama V, but not finished until the reign of King Rama VI.
It's European design was modelled on King William Kiser's Palace in Germany which was disigned by Karl Dohring.
The palaces name has changed over time, from the originally named Ban Peun Palace, to Sorn Phet Prasat Throne Halland, then finally to its name today.
The palace is located in the Army camp on the way into Phetchaburi town centre, just off the Phetchasem highway.
It is open from 8am to 4pm everyday.
Entry fee for "foreigners" is 50 Baht and 10 Baht for "Thais".
